I give up. It is impossible to work with this host on a regular basis. Every day at least 10x I go to upload something, nothing happens. It just sits there. Too frustrating and too unreliable.

Files deleted.
 
No support for two days. problematic servers. can not install.
I hope this is not scam.

We have 1000s of files getting uploaded each day , so if some users do have issue , it will be related to their setup .

If you do have issues with your account , it will be quicker to email support .

Issues related to their setup? How come I have no problems uploading to other file hosts?

I'm pretty sure it is on your end.
 
The only normal upload option you have is through the browser. No it isn't a speed issue, it just hangs 90% of the time without starting the upload. I keep trying and trying then eventually one of the attempts works and the file starts uploading but this happens every time. It never works every time. Always takes me several attempts before something happens.

Sometimes the upload screen doesn't even show up after clicking upload either. It just shows - then I have to reload the page and try again.

Have you tried to upload smaller file size first to see if the issue still there . From what i can see , the files you are trying to upload is not copied on the servers , so it could relate to the following :

1 - the server you are trying to connect too is overloaded and it went to read only status as part of the server's setup .
2 - you have lost your internet connection ( even for few seconds ) , and that could interrupted the upload .

please PM screen shot of the issue if it happens again .

Why do not you fix the problem FS3 server. steering and the files will not load all installations there.

Can you send me screen shot please . we checked all server and they are functioning well . so please advise more information to assist you better

Have you checked the speed of the connection from the other site that you are trying to upload from .

Yepe ,
I can use remote upload in other sites
but FileVice no

Yes, me too. I don't have problems with others hosts like Freakshare, bitshare, letitbit, but filevice is very hard remote URL upload.
