You better send support ticket and they will give you the answer in details with regard to DCMA file payments . I am not talking a side , each case is treated separately . Hope this answer your question
 
I am repeating the same answer , File vice asses all DMCA cases one by one . I am not in the position to decline or approve any payment without looking at and investigating it further . As it will not be fair for users , and each case will be given the chance to advise details for it . Thanks

first added payza in payout.then suddenly removed.and even no paypal.
only webmoney and moneyboockers isn't enough.please readd payza or paypal...

You tried to scam the system , and you tried to manipulate it , therefore , your payment is rejected . Do like the other users and do the right thing , and you will be paid on time . Stop false accusations .
 
Thanks for truevice Payment, Great site, do not care about these Noob ae who is trying to defraud their website, I received my second payment just have to say that is a good site.
