We are sorry for not responding. We were working all night to get our servers tuned and fixed.

We will be adding $5 to every affiliate account today for earnings lost yesterday due to servers being down.

I will explain to you how our system works.

1. Affiliates upload files and share them
2. Users click your link and come to fileuplo.de to download
3. Once a user click "Generate Direct Link" affiliate earns %30 of download money.
4. If a user downloads file completely, affiliates receive another 70% for the download.

That that is why affiliates were only earning 30% of actual earnings yestereday, If servers are down, users can still "Generate Download Links" but they cannot Download the file.

Please accept our apologies and we hope we have made the situation clear.

Today Download is working fine. But why low?

Yes rates have been reduced. Please see http://fileuplo.de/affiliates.html

But we have made a better improvement. Affiliates will be paid 100% of the download rate even if files are not downloaded completely.

So if downloads get interrupted somehow, affiliates wont earn 30% anymore, instead you will now earn 100% of the download rate.

This is much better for affiliates, because 43% of affiliates files only get partial downloads, which means, affiliates dont get paid the full amount for those downloads. Now you will get paid even if downloads are not completed.
 
So you have lowered the rates.That's fine but can you say how can I earn 7.12 for 2863 downloads.

If all the downloads from Tier 4 still it should be around 8.5 considering your new rates as you are counting all completed and incomplete downloads.

So can you explain this.
 
The reason for that is because the servers were down yesterday. So when a user clicks "download file" then you will earn 30% of the download rate, but yesterday users could not download files because some servers were down. So affiliates only earned 30% for every download... Today we have fixed the problem and we will ad $5 to every affiliates account for the inconvenience.
