Your Payment will be sent next Friday. 7 Days after request, every Friday.

If your users use "Proxies" you will get paid a minimum amount which is 6,50 per 1000 Downloads.

Yes that is correct.
 
Read my previous response. Averages will differ if some of your users use Proxies to download. So if you get 100 downloads via proxies, then you will only be paid $0.65 for those downloads no matter what file size.
 
The reason we allow proxy downloads is because a lot of Internet Service Providers block users from accessing file hosting sites. We would like all users to be able to access our site and that is also better for affiliates, because then you still get to make money from those downloads.
