WEB upload still falling apart, lots of servers have speed of 50kb/s, distribution of files isn't brilliant like it was few days ago...

Ya we're working on it. We didn't pay too much attention to web upload since everyone was using FTP. However, we want to fix it up so that people can have a choice between the two. We went from 5% of users using web upload to 45% within a week, so things might be a bit slow. However with new servers on their way, things should be back to how it was before you know it.
