My problem still persist , I can`t use my account and I will not receive my next payment , because payment info is empty . Please help
Problem history:
My account was hacked , my last payment was sent to the hacker, You have reseted my account , but there is security question named ??? which answer I don`t know so I`m unable to reset my password and change account info . I know that I`m just one of many user`s , but I still hope that you will resolve my problem . I`m waiting for your support with resolving the problem. Thank you!

How to reset the password when there is security question and when I`m trying to change anything below the security question I`m getting this

I dont know the answer of that ??? question

To be able to modify the security question I have to answer the old security question . The old security question it`s not made by me , so I don`t know the answer of the first security question to be able to modify it and make a new one.

hish my storage used in my account was 700+GB but when i refreshed my page it was 1.12GB i didn't add any files in my account. is there any problem?
