While upload from Ftp Us server for last night it giving 5 to 10 mb/s per file upload speed, before it was giving 40 +mb/s speed please check it.

Is it possible to downgrade from elite affiliate to normal? I took so long time to reach minimum payment of $300.
Reduce previous sale from $12 to $10 for each. So I could receive payment faster. Please consider, Thanks.
PS. I think $300 is too high for me, $200 minimum should be best.
