the only one and only my reason is they should stop calling their self as "uploader"
while they only doing remote upload from other filehost and crying if some error hapened and also trying to tell us the reason they did that because of their home connection is even too slow to upload a screenshot

Could you post here, so we all will be able to see? I think about leave FSC, especially because I'm planing to start WP warez site and will need 2 filehosts at least, one will be FS (fileserve) and i'm searching for other one.

Still waiting for the explanation as to why my account got banned despite adhering to the Copyright Infringement email of theirs.

I think, Filesonic should pay banned/deleted users like Hotfile. Then anyone can not complaint against filesonic. Otherwise it will be threatened for FSC uploaders who brought filesonic at this stage.

I thought Filesonic is banning accounts for piracy. Now they are also banning for anti-piracy! My account got banned finally for complying with their DMCA copyright infringement email!

Yeah the greatest and most pioneering part of Filesonic is the Banning and File Deletion Department. It's only a matter of few months before this sodding bugger goes down, and when they go down I want them to hit rock bottom!

I have a strong hunch that Hish was taken by the Feds today, remanded on copyright infringement charges, that's why he hasn't been online for some while now. His whole company is fucked up.

@Gerner The truth of the matter is I was partly kidding but mostly serious

I remember when this Hish guy told me how my thread about the dmca email I received a couple weeks ago hurt their company. I told them it was not my intent to do that, adding it was just an expected reaction from a user whose account was hanging in the balance. Now I won't stop hurting them.

Can't you just wait for a proper explanation from support rather than spamming every page ?

Hish would be online soon , please wait for him to reply and please grow up.
