Anybody from FILESONIC HERE ???

I paid 4 days ago for 1 year Filesonic and they never activated my account, I send 6 Emails no respond.
Anybody from FILESONIC can help.X-(
 
Hish: How about adding new servers for premium users instead of improving your site for uploaders? It's good but, I get loads of complaints from people who bought premium, they say it's the slowest premium ever. Don't just think of your uploaders, also of your customers :)

Hi Hish,
First of all thank you for Filesonic, it's a great host now; i tried it about 4/5 months ago and it was not very reliable (lot of bugs), but now it's perfect !! :)
I just have one or two questions:
- Is it possible that what happened to Hotfile happens to you too ? (being sued, and delete everybody's account ?)
- Where (country) are your servers based ? If it's in US then Europe probably don't have such great speeds and the other way around .. (+asia)

Wish you the best for the future, you're almost top 200 worldwide on Alexa, it's amazing !

Customers is our top priority! What speed are u talking about? When u get complaints like this, please ask for a link or two and send them to me to verify what server it was...

Also, downloading from browser? or download manager?

Downloading from Filesonic

I use JDownloader no problems and nice speed (I am talknig premium account). I tried IDM but have problems so use JDownloader and it's perfect.:)
 
Using regular Firefox, no download managers. 100mbit line, I easily get 4000+KB/s per file from other hosts.

Filesonic results:

I must agree with The Coon, a lot of people is complaining.
Now that hotfile is gone you really have the chance to crash the competition (e.g. Fileserve), you will just need to invest a bit more in your infrastructure. It would be a proper "investment", since you, your uploaders and your downloaders will benefit from it.

wow! i wish i could earn close to this. i'm using ppd and i've been at it for a week now and all i have to show is .01. pathetic. is there anyone who can share their method with me? been looking everywhere and couldn't find a suitable method.
 
hello,

i have 1 file in my filesonic account , is not warez files or porn. does not break anything TOS.
But files deleted every day. why?
