If you post the link for one file in over 200 place/web pages it's considered spamming and we don't tolerate it.

You can put maximums on payments for each, but not minimums. Any money over the maximum will remain in your account. So if you want a specific amount paid to alertpay or paypal just put maximums.

My current affiliate plan is Pay Per Download. Today one of my files made a premium sale by the premium link. Will FileSonic pay me for the premium sale I made? On my dashboard it writes Premium Sales Count / $ : 1 / $0.

When you are under pay per download sales will be recorded but not paid, for sales to pay you have to by under pay per sale
