my average download speed is very slow .. around ~300KB/s.. i am using Jdownloader... why so slow most of the time

my download is around 300KB/s.. slow at night ... fast at morning

Downloading is very slow for me...downloading at 100kbps. Been getting slow speeds during the day all week but fast speeds at night.
