Unlimited for free acc, but your files will be deleted after 30 days, if anyone download your files, it will buffer for 3 days (not +30 days) and delete as I remember unless you are premium, so don't even think you can use their big storage with free acc.

check if your account is blocked by fileserve..or fileserve block filesonic server..
