FTP doesn't work not because it's a ftp problem but because there a bad connections to lots of servers. Sometime you can upload without problem but most of the time you can't.

But the problem it's not about upload only, LOTS of DOWNLOAD links don't work cause servers problems.

Don't say us problem is fixed. Check the problematic servers and fix them.

That sucks.

In theory, people _without_ websites could lose such sales all day long, without noticing.
And you are not the first person to report this.

And who says _you_ are not missing more sales than you think?
If the 'link' between premium sales and domain sales is missing, you could have 'lost' sales on other dates too without you noticing.

Fix the bug ASAP and if any sales has been missed, credit peoples accounts.

I would like an official explanation to the bug/situation - if possible.
