Hey guys, I realize that there were some problems over the weekend with the stats page, and you guys were quite anxious about it. I just want to re-assure you that even IF anything were to go wrong, (download/sale didn't count) we will compensate you for the missed stats.


For anyone else that's having problems other than stats, please let me know.

Glad to see that Fileserve remote upload --> Filesonic works now.
 
Dear i have a security question problem in my filesonic account i forgot my secret question answer so how can i recover it again with new answer or i want to remove it

Nope, you can only trade in points for your own account. You can use your playsonic credits to trade in vouchers if you wish for another FS account.

PM me your IP address, username, and the best guess you can give to the current security question.
 
hey Jake / Hish ;)

we want to select 30-40 files and edit all-in-1 action to make private!

When we do this process select files --> click edit

it works but afterwards when we click on each file separately (click edit) we see it is not private marked ??

is it bug or..... need something else ??

Hi,

I don't see the problem that you encounter. I just selected 3 files and turn all 3 of them into private files at the same time.

Please make sure that your web browser is of the latest update. We recommend using firefox or google chrome.

Not that I'm aware of. I'm in US and can upload 4-5mb/s to EU server. Check with your ISP as it could be connection on their side.

Edit: I see that more people are having same problem as arjaylieann23, so i'll ask the ITs check on it.

site is deadly slow for page loading and downloading with jdownloader (100-150 kbyte/Sec)
I download same files from wupload with full speed of 4mbit connection of mine.

loading url to the remote is very slow too ( ? reset my connection to check my conenction)
result is same.
