1 Week ago had 3MB speed for RU and now 300-700kbps

If they have the same hash value of other files that were reported, they will be trashed.
In the days of hotfile, this was a common thing.

Not true - every time.
Most times (99%) my backups are not touched.

Maybe it is different with the files getting caught by the "Vobile® / VDNA® Digital Fingerprinting Technology" - filter.

same thing was happend with me just put your user and pass by clicking on file link in idm look here

after that click on resume your link will be restart downloading if not work restart your system and try again with this method working for me

Maybe FileSonic marks files on dead disks as DMCA'ed ?

It is a lot easier to just mark files on dead disks as DMCA'ed than to mark them as 'corrupted' and then listen to users complains. Users will never know 99% of the time.

I see no other explanation to this - I guess you caught them...
