WTF is going on?!

I cant contact the support becouse the link is blocking my ip!!!

Can anyone post here the email from technical Team from Filesonic here Pls!!!X-(

Is it possible to give the users the option to create folders and subfolders for their images just like it is provided for the uploaded files?

That would help users sort out their pics are organise them as they want.

Could you explain me some situation:

1. The member's premium expires on 1st june. He doesn't renew it on that day. But he renews it 1 month later with the same paypal, same e-mail, same everything (across my file). Do you count this as sale for me?

2. Premium expires on 1st june. But the member renewed his premium account on 10th may (across my file). Do you count this as sale for me?

3. The member renew his premium on the expiring day. Do you count this as sale?

Hi,

I can not log in my filesonic account. I had more than 100$ when i last checked it. I submitted a ticket to explain my problem to support center however my ticket got deleted now I can not see my ticket as well. I use only one computer even if my account has been hacked by someone I wouldn't get filesonic sales team mail still I think. How can I solve my problem. Thanks.

Hey Hish, I got it suggestion.

It would be great if we get to know what kind of sales we sold through our files even thought some of us are on the Pay Per Download. That way we know we would know if we should go with the half and half sales or half and half fix 5 program.
