I guess everybody had their own method and luck too. If you read previous pages...most successful members always said upload files >400mb is the best way to force sales. As beginner of course, i tried that too. But hey...people luck is different.so far all my sales came from small size files...

And i think we don't piss the downloaders if we posting file with >400mb, it's up to them to decide, if they like our files and our files worth enough and unique, they can buy a premium account.

But to be honest, i don't really care about files size ( at this moment ). Peoples buy premium account without we can predict from which files.

I've just watch TV..and really sad to see Magnitude 8.9 Earthquake and Tsunami, in Honshu, Japan
It said the tsunami effect has potential to continue to some area ( 20 countries ), let's hope it won't happen.

My biggest sympathize for them.

Dear Hish,

I have a problem. On 09/March, I sale 04 premium accounts (contain 01 account was refunded). So, I have sale 03 premium accounts on that day. But your system only count 4/24$ for me. Pls help me to check it again and solve it?

you had 3 sales and one of them is fraud and the fraud sale is being counted as as 4th one so finally you had only 2 sales

It's impossible to share them. Before you ask him, pls ask yourself why you don't research them instead of ask him? If you keep your mind, your dream is a dream forever. Just I think ^^!

they do not make it 2 . Its a kind of coding error. There is no problem about your system. 2 options, someone is refunded cause they do not want to pay 9$ and after downloaded, it took money back. its a damn cheating system but paypal give this
to the members accept its HUMAN RIGHT and users are always right.

Your mean is that actually I sale 03 premium accounts on 09/Mar. But because coding issue, the system show 04 count, is it right? If right, as my opinion, filesonic should fix this problem. I don't know it, therefore i thought that I sale 04 pre ^^!

Hello tsutsumi

Its NOT a coding issue, in fact the statistics are providing more precise information.

A user must know on which file , there was a refund and thats what it is been implemented there.

tsutsumi, yes friend its a coding problem.. HISH told me there are more important
things they have to do , more servers to make us orgasm :)))) with speed
+ security options against hackers.... they are more important than small
code errors.

I agree with you djkelaj..it's not fair..first they pay and after get premium they start download..and after that cancel the membership. it's completely cheat. Paypal shouldn't allowed this...or at least Filesonic can do some action like cut the refund money 40 or 50%.

What would you like more , if you were given choices in case of any refund

Lets say u have 5 sales and 1 get refunded , would you want your counter to decrease ?? Trust me if that happens this thread would be filled with those queries like why my sale counter got decreased and all..

Presently , the counter actually gets +1 and upon clicking it (out of curiosity ) - it clearly shows which sale got refunded and which file was it.

I would love to keep it the way it is though personally out of my over 195+ sales i never had any refund. :) and I would like to keep that as it is ... too :)
