In that case, RU is not finished. when the status says completed, RU is finished. your files will be completed soon. But the FTP -Pending problem is totally not cool, pending for hours.LOL noo

cvrle77, there nothing you can do. I'm in WDC on 100tb.com also and getting a damn slow speeds to EU servers (east coast should have the best connectivity to eu in US)
Second, softlayer will not reroute our traffic because of Webazilla EU server, the problem is in their network from our end. During the peak hours, just make a traceroute and you'll see that IPtransit core servers are so overloaded, so we have to use just FTP US server.
I'm getting about 35.000Kb/s (300mbit) on ftp server, but a past few days there are so many issues related to it.

Yes there is nothing I can do, so I asked here, can THEY do something about it. They have US based servers, can't they, if upload request is coming from US, to set uploads going only to US servers....
No idea why are speeds SO much different, with others I am having same high speed from both FTP and web upload...
I don't upload via FTP for many reasons, I can't get download link that way...

i upload 4 files using ftp and not seeing the files in files manager area...

And the files that upload...do i have to upload it again...? or it just "stuck' in server...?
