Are refbacks allowed? I mean someone registers under my referral link and I pay him a half of the earnings I made from him.

For instance:

Someone registered under my ref, he earned 10$ one day. My earnings are 2$ (20% of ref's earnings). So I pay him 1$.

Is it allowed?

it just pops up a box like this -

but can be downloaded if the filename is appended to the link say -
