I got a problem here, I've tried to download a game which has 5 parts, I could download 4parts successfully (part1, 2, 4 ,5) but part is hard to download as it always gives me the below error everytime I tried to download

It's disappointing as the game is 4.5+GB and I couldn't download only one part, If I want to download that game again I will have to download the full game from starting, my bandwidth will be f**cked up

man, I'm a premium user and it shows the page if I logout and try to download.
But it never downloads to me after clicking the download button. I was waiting for hish's answer about it. I noticed that it never downloads the second time if the first time it gets interruped. and I know file is working fine what I'm asking is why I'm not able to download the file.

I've got some problems with the speed....if i am loading one part then i have full speed(round about 800 kb/s) but with part 2 i'm loading with 200 kb/s and i am premium member.

am i the problem or something else?

@Bane open a support ticked and tell them the problem.. it may happen due to some server... and also gv them the link which u had problem

is upload speed on EU server via web.upload is normally slow (2MBPS) or it's just me?.. upload speed a few days back is not getting lower than 10mpbs.

Maybe your referral switched from PPD to PPS and stopped getting sales

Funny thing just happend in my account, I was looking at 5 files Today, and I had one file with 5 downloads, and I hit refresh, after that the file had 23 downloads, I cant belive I had 18 downloads in 1 minute

hi filesonic, remote upload still not works now. i have used it with direct links and got "file not found" (file works with me)

Remote upload coming from megaupload as been difficult in the past few days, we are looking into but it could be an issue on their side

So many server problems these days... are these going to be fixed? Last time it was a16, right now it is a17, getting error like:

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to a17.filesonic.com

I am quite sure some other servers are having the same problems as a17... are these going to be fixed anytime soon or our files in there are pretty much gone? This is happening too often.
