Change account settings

I saw that my downloads doesn't bring me any money. So I checked my settings and they were set on "Pay Per Sale" - I changed it on "Pay Per Download". How long is it takes to change my account type and I could see my download earnings?

When I changed my settings it said that I will receive confirmation mail, but I didn't get any so far!
