Why its impossible to open support ticket which i created and got reply, whenever i go to link of it, it says login, ok i logged in, and then it says that i'm logged on header but it asks again to login.
This is happening for me everytime, not only today, tried opera, firefox, same...
There is no way to reply my ticket or even create new one, it wont let me until i login but i'm logged.

And answering on tickets is fast, but better dont read it until you dont want to help me or you make everything on wrong way. I asked 2 question, got reply on 1 question which is not related for what i asked, and on other one no reply. Same thing happend on last 2 tickets.

So who to ask for support and where, since i cant open support page...
 
Stop having so many questions and so many problems then :)

I bet 97% of all users contacting support created their own problems and/or didnt read the FAQ and/or want 'special' support.

I have 2 or 3 accounts on filesonic, 2 of them didnt use, but since i want to start earn with them seriously, i dont want to be in situation to proff myself that i dont cheat, so i need to delete some accouts or merge it, to have only one. If i can do that alone let me know, and beside that how to even open support ticket :)

Also i changed pass and some settings, and it says i will have to confirm on mail, and i didnt received anything, even checked spam, no mail.
So, all regarding mine acc's is pretty fucked :)

You open a premium ticket not affiliate, any time you do so it takes at least 24 hours for them to be transferred to us.

Your IP is in queue for unban and don't post your IP on the board.

is nice to have to filesonic staff members here with us to asist us :D I mooved from wupload for one week and i like you're service...i don't have high stats as i used to have on wu but i am getting closer every day :D i am just upset i lost some sales because i am on ppd plan :D
