My account at least 700 downloads per day. Most of them are being downloaded by users in Turkey. Turkey made ​​enough file to download and purchase a premium account. Despite this affilate program include D group. May need to be at least in group C to Government's Violence? We are not happy with the situation in Turkey as the site owners. If the file is downloaded more than the C group, I am sure that Turkey will be sold account.

TR: Benim hesabımdan günde en az 700 iniyor. Bunların çoğu Türkiye'deki kullanıcılar tarafından indiriliyor. Türkiye'de yeterince dosya indirme ve premium hesap alımı yapılmakta. Buna rağmen kazanç programında D grubunda yer alıyor. En azından C grubuna alınması gerekm iyor mu? Biz Türkiye'deki site sahipleri olarak bu durumdan memnun değiliz. Eminim ki Türkiye C grubunda olursa daha çok dosya indirilip hesap satılacaktır.
 
There are lots of rules for being banned in filesonic. Some are open some are depends on.
If owner of filesonic was a japanies man or company, he could accept it. But its illegal
according to the PICS seen in blogs. They looks like 15-16 ages girls in front of cam
This make sick some people. XXX is very sensitive subject, and another ban cause
comes from some movies companies or 3D Animation companies. I know friends account
are closed they share only 3d plugins or softwares. sharing is the dynamite can blow up
at any time.

I know you geompac, cshtr is one of the best MOVIE places as I know (naber kardeş)
but as u know most of the people in TURKEY prefer FREE DOWNLOADS or the sites
like DEBRID sites , leech files with free system and companies loose money because of it.
as I know, they prefer PREMIM SALE NUMBER instead of free leechs. This is why we still in group D

I understand what you say, but again, just because they LOOK that age, doesn't mean they are!

Girls on my blog are 18+, and that's why Hish logged out and is now ignoring my rhetoric. Because he's wrong, a liar, coward and doesn't like paying out money to people on the Pay Per Download plan who don't make "sufficient" sales to cover that persons earning!

(To think I was going to purchase a lifetime subscription too, i'm glad of my ban now)

All in All though, i've learned a lesson from all this.

Most likely someone reported one of your posts to filesonic stating the ''actors'' are underage and after they reviewed the posts , they banned your account.

Yep russian girls do appear underage tho they are 18+ ( Teensexmania etc... but they do certify on their sites that the girls are 18+) , however the Amateur / CAM ones - there is no way to know for sure - unless you can prove they are of legal age - good luck

What you could have done is Pm'd Hish asking for a list of the ''underage'' content then tried to google their profiles whatever and check their age...

Well do you care to tell me HOW you thought my files were "illegal"?

Would you at least visit my blog and determine if my files follow guidelines and then consider reinstating my account based on on the actual content of my files?

I think it's only fair to do that and see for yourself, rather than deleting my account based on what other "fsc competitors" report as illegal.

This will be the final straw, end of, although I would like to add, if you decide against; then what about the $80-$83 earnings I made? That was earned, will I at least be credited via paypal?
