I've been using filesfrog for over six months so far and I can confirm it never cheats uploaders.
Two days ago, after the new modifications, appeared two problems which I hope you will fix soon:

1) Downloads from Tier 1 countries (like USA) don't count correctly. They are counted for only 0.001$ as if they were Tier4.
2) The captcha is now very difficult to resolve. It usually takes several tries to write it correctly.

we not new host and you can get payment with payza or webmoney minimum payou for them is 1$ couz we can`t make paypal under 10$ we need to be one safe site with paypal too
