yes my visitors complaint about it, i contacted the support but it seems they have not fixed it, they asked the name of the file my ip but i told them that it was general not only 1 person

contact them and maybe they will listen to you and fix the general bug

I hope Fileserving.com will be soon improve their interface: easier, more convenient,...like many other sites (Filesonic.com before, Fileserve, Wupload...), supports: get multi links at the same time, share folder link, rename folder name...change Unclear Balance & Earnings Balance, it takes 15 days to update money from Unclear Balance to Earnings Balance, so long!
I thinks Fileserving.com should update money earn everyday & payment everyweek automatically if users reached min pay.
My English isn't good. I hope everyone understand what I said!
