Filemanager isn't updating? The files I just uploaded aren't showing in the manager and they neither are in pending FTP uploads.

Quick question for anyone familiar with this problem;

A few minutes ago I received this error when trying to use RL strerror, I did search the site and there are only seven other posts with no answer about how to fix this problem, anyone have a clue please?

Took around 2 hours but the files now appear on my filemanager and everything seems to be allright now. Some minor glitch I suppose.

Ricky rs to fs remote upload is down,can't even add the file.

took minutes to open file manager
files uploaded via ftp never showed up in file manager,not even showing in pending files
files uploaded via web ,stuck there for hours saying"uploaded,please wait while processing..."

i think i lose money today..because i encountered this issue in my money making time..too bad luck
please fix
