No I can't change your paypal mail. YOU can change it if you had access to your email account - @tnctr.com

Retrieval of password does not link with the payment account information. It is linked with the email you have attached to your account. Don't lecture me on a site I worked to built up.

and hey why don't you add a feature of deleting sites instead of emailing and waiting upto a week? cause in this generation no one is keeping their site/warez with them, everyone working on site then selling it

I have only one paypal address . I have temporarily used my alertpay account which i signed-up only yesterday but i prefer to use paypal. Safer & more Reliable.
Between , how do people who have multiple accounts set up their payment info to same paypal address ?

They dont.
But you can have more than 1 email address attached to your Paypal account.

Paypal.com -> Profile -> Add or edit email

@ dorukhan : I just changed my payment method and i received the email 2-3 minutes later ( using hotmail ) - Try checking your junk folder
