I was looking through some of my files today and i notice that i'm missing alot of folders..

Why are you guys deleting entire folders..?
 
yes but why would they delete the entire folder instead of just files..

There were other files inside sub folders that were never even posted anywhere, so they shouldn't have been deleted.

If it has a VISA or MasterCard logo on it, this should fall within reason for a legitimate chargeback: Denial/refusal/failure of service paid for. Call the 800 number on your card, get on the line with fraudulent charges, know the date it was billed and the amount. Explain that you paid for a downloading service that is now blocking requests from your paid account, but test downloads from an anonymous/new account are not blocked, and that it's happening to a large number of paid users for no apparent cause. Has continued for days. Continued service refused, and customer service unreachable.

They have to know they just banned a huge portion of their users. I tried an experiment last night and used a different internet connection. queued up 13 files, after 9 files (about an hour on a 12mbps connection) that new ip was also banned. This ip had never connected to fileserve ever so it literally went from never used to banned in less than 1 hr.

40 min of downloading on a 12mbps connection will get you banned.

But this has me concerned. Will I get blocked again? Should I cap my download speed, even though I don't get great speed to begin with from any host (~2mb/s at best)?

Is there some new policy in place? I guess I'm just confused because I don't understand why I was blocked in the first place.
 
worst remote uploading service by fileserve.......

1. very very slow processing speed
2. when i remote upload 30 links at a time then sometimes but mostly 20 of the links directly go to failed uploads.


Ricky please do something & i am remote uploading via premium accounts.....
 
@ RTW: Remote upload seems to work fine for me. Perhaps you should give me more details when you post, i.e. where are you remote uploading from?
 
Landing error 612

What should I be doing about the landing error 612? Ive only been downloading from fileserve from home and from one internet connection. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
 
Landing error

Since two days, I can't download any file from Fileserve.

Problem of landing error

I just use this account from home and i am the only user

I don't download a lot

Before this problem, depending on the time of the day, it was very slow 6 to 10ko/s best was 200ko/s

On some other sites i can download at more than 1Mb

Could you please check what's happened on my account.
