well i upload the file again, but look this speed (sometimes with the zoom the upoload is amazing) if you make the ftp upload faster than this (all the time), you will be the king of the sharing hosts...

Hi Ricky, I have used fileserve free account for quite sometime and yesterday I saw a promotion that I can get 45 days of premium account for $9.99.

Long story short after I decided to purchase it and I don't know how and why (first time using premium account) the premium isn't for my current one but instead creating me a new account which doesn't carry all my old files and more importantly total earnings from my free account.

Can you help me merge this two accounts? :|

I have sent you my username and password...

We count every successfully completed download. For anonymous and free users that download from Fileserve, we count one unique file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, that an anonymous or a free user on the same IP, but downloading two different files will count for two qualified downloads.
For premium users that download from FileServe, we count one file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, that a premium user on the same IP, but downloading two different files will count for one qualified downloads.

@ factor: No specific figures for that, so can't tell you if it is common. We have users who have multiple accounts with premiums. What they use them for I do not know.
 
@ cilembu: It shouldn't be that much. As previous page's screenshot showed it would be a drop at around 5-10% (max). Now I don't know how much you make a day but if you only make half a dollar a day, you would feel that it is very significant.

Ricky, can not get an answer though the email support at FS. Email twice, 2 replies no clear answer or response

I continure to have the individual file downloads at 0, but my earnings
continue to be normal. This has been going on since March 4 or 5th, download counter just stopped.

Even all my DMCA reported links have 0 downloads :(

is it just my account, or do you know any additional information. Any other similar issues reported?

@ BigBang24: Yes, techs are also looking into this problem. Due to the recent maintenance it had to be stopped. If we had kept it running the site would have been unreachable and then we would be in even bigger trouble.

i decided to stop uploading file as far as solve all your problems No point in uploading files when users can not download ,is a loss of time ,usser they find a mirror the same file on another server

at the moment is the only thing i can do in this situation
I hope to fix their problems fast because I really like your service

Anyway how long do I have to wait?? I want copy some of my files as backup and sure can't do in limited storage :)

hahaha, lol mate, not 1/2 a dollar a day, for 24th, I got more than 50% of decrease, and its highly unusual since I got more visitors to my website, so I was guessing it has to do with the cannot download problems. But if you think that is not normal, would you be so kind to investigate it mate?

@ elchunco: Sorry to hear that. However, all new files that you upload can be downloaded. There's no other obvious excuse to that :)

@ cilembu: Sure is unusual if you run with us exclusively. If not, it wouldn't be so unusual if someone has had a problem with a bad server and then chose an alternative. Like I said; next week. I can't fast forward time, so please wait.

thanks for the response mate, hopefully next week it will be back to normal, and sorry I cant afford to run FS exclusively, tried it once when you guys were in a lot of problem with landing files back then and never try it again :D
 
Hey guys, just registered here :)

I am again (!) experiencing FS servers that are unreachable 8-)
I already added the lines in my Win host file but this doesn't help, it's like the whole server is missing.
All I get (in browser) is:
Can't connect to fs2271dm.fileserve.com

A few days back I contactes FS through their support, received a reply after a couple days stating that they're working on it.
But as far as I know problems like this have been going on for months now (I'm also on other boards, read the same kind of problems there).

I recently bought my first premium account with FS and I do like the speed and all but if these problems persist I'm not sure if I'll stick with them...

For your own good FS, fix your probs or you'll lose customers!

Sorry if I sound a bit angry but I'm just fed up with it...

EDIT: I don't live in the UK so it doesn't involve the blocked servers
