Why didn't I get a reply?
Here's a reason why:
1. You spammed my inbox
2. You provided insufficient amount of information.
3. You talked a lot of sh!t and then want my help.
4. You were disabled and we don't deal with such users.
5. You provided me details of your account sharing service (i.e. your leaseweb) in which you cannot download with.
6. You put your information in public instead of PM'ing me.

Got 612 Error?
Doesn't happen anymore unless you use a VPN (*cough* RDP) that's on a Leaseweb/OVH Systems (et al.) server.
Whatismyip.com + username to my inbox if above doesn't apply.



Got 1707 Error?
You change your IP more times than a human can blink in a day. Fix your connection, i.e. call up your ISP. Wait it out for 24 hours since I cannot just "unblock" you. SGP users are being fixed as this is being written.

Got Disabled for violation of our ToS?
You either thought it was OK to share your account or you got hacked unintentionally. Benefit of the doubt will not always come to you. This is evaluated on an individual level.

Account sharing is a violation of FileServe's Terms & Conditions and will result in a Downgrade OR a Permanent Ban depending on severity. We do not care if you shared your account with your little brother/sister, friend from 100 miles away nor your great granddad in the mountains of Norway; sharing CAN have consequences for your account.

We advice that you do not give out your password, use third party software nor use untrusted service providers. Please keep your password safely secured. We will not unban users who are caught abusing our system, whether it was intended or not.

We will downgrade or stop accounts without prior notice. It is your
duty to change your password regularly and have one that is strong enough to resist easy bruteforcing (this means no 123456, qazwsx, your username [etc].)

Hint: Change your password as frequently as every 3 days if you want to stay on top of any issues.

Why does my File Manager count different from my Statistical report?

File Manager count: Non-unique download counts.

This includes:
-Downloads from Premiums. They download 10x of the same file it will be listed there.
-Downloads that failed.
-Downloads that attempted to download but failed on the last second
-Downloads that were completed by Free and Premiums.

Stats report: Unique downloads only.

This means:
-Downloads that were counted as successfully downloaded by free users.
-Downloads that were counted as 1 unique successful download by a Premium user per 24 hours.

Hints for getting your files listed quicker when you enter "My Files" - Limit it to 15 files per page and put your files in folders. If you list 500 it will be slower than if you listed 15. Spread the word

man i hate dmca... Just got 2000 files taken down all at the same time.

Do you guys just wait a certain amount of time before taking them down? i find it hard to believe 15 different series and over 2k links were reported at the same time.
 
My whole unpaid earnings sudenly disappered few minutes ago from account. I have 0.00 and when I click for details of earnings, fileserve is asking to provide my PayPal account. I haD STH ABOUT 15-20$ before it happens. Can you fix it?

Ok It was fast, I have my earnings back... :].
 
I'm fighting for more than a week to recover account that was stolen from me

I got a response from the service:

"May we know what method have you use in purchasing premium, please?"

But, I bought a premium of accumulated money from uploading, so I can not give details of how to purchase through paypal or credit card.

So I sent my data from the last two payments on paypal, still got no answer, what do I do next,

You show a certain way to get paid yet whether following your guidelines or not its just hit and miss whether i get paid or not. I mean sometimes funds arent transferred as set out by you. So how am i to push payout if you dont even transfer earnings for days, sometimes weeks. For some reason you've only transferred to pending this weeks amount while leaving last weeks amount un-transferred yet again. Its rather frustrating and seems like you guys have made the system way to complicated. Why not just have a minimum, a payout button and an instant transfer? Why make everyone jump through all these hoops? It would be easier for fileserve and easier for us. I'm sure if linkbucks can manage it surely you guys can. I mean they may be smalltime but when you click cashout its almost instantly in your account (shrug)
and yes ive sent in a ticket. All i got was automated response about everyone being on holiday and not to expect help :(

You transfer to the payout account on sunday, then you transfer to your paypal\alertpay\webmoney account on monday.

What exactly is complicated about that lol?
 
I had to cancel my credit card because of their infamous credit card subscription. This is enough reason to hate fileserve. 2012 has come and if you're still using fileserve and trying to make money.. what a pity, sorry.

NOTHING, IF IT WORKED THAT WAY! But it doesn't! I transfer, and it sits there, and sits there, and sits there..........never gets transferred for days, and now going on weeks. Finally today this weeks gets transferred but still not last weeks. And since last weeks DEFINITELY was transferred WELL before sunday, I'd say obviously there is something complicated and it's not me. And the thing is half the time it will sit there pending for days and days. Other times it will go through right away.
I'm not an idiot I promise, and I try to follow exactly as fileserve says and it keeps not working week after week. So please feel free to tell me what exactly is so complicated! Because this keeps happening. And I'm frustrated so you'll have to excuse me if I don't find it amusing also.....:facepalm:

I'm happy you have no issues, but please trust me when I say that that is not the case for me, so I guess I'll wait for a fileserve employee to come back from vacation -_-

I'm surprised my inbox isn't full :) Means less issues and/or people read Page 1 :)

Anyway..Some people have trouble knowing when there's a holiday or not. Please check for more on public sites, i.e. Wikipedia for when we have our holidays...The 24th and 25th of December is quite common around the world.

@ OneTiger64: When it doesn't transfer you should look back at HOW you made your earnings. There could be something about that which is picked up by the system.

@ karadut: You had a hard time checking your email since our payment gateway sends out a whole two to your inbox? It's not that "infamous" - It's just people that lack some common sense to check their emails AND go to "Contact Us => Credit Card Cancellation" (Must be hard to find for anyone who wants to contact us) ?

I had transfered money on 20th December 2011 but it still not transferred to payout account? When it will be transfered and when I will order payout?
