premium account lifted

Hello.

I just registered to post my current situation with Fileserve.

I bought one year Premium account in September i think. Last week, my account was downgraded to Free without reason.

I emailed Fileserve, very politely warned them about that. I waited 3 days, no answer. I sent a second email, saying that I was still waiting for my account status to be upgraded to Premium.

I got an email back, saying that as part of their efforts to provide a fair and honest system they recently scanned accounts for fraudulent activities. And if I did not remembered doing such, it might be the case that someone had accessed my account and did so (etheir by means of shared account or other I guess). Further, to prevent this from happening again I should pay attention to http://fileserve.com/terms.php

After reading this email, and since it ends by "to prevent this from happening again", I hoped my status was back to Premium. It wasn't.

I emailed them back, saying that it couldn't be the case of shared account or whatever. And again, asked them to upgrade my status to Premium.

Almost 2 days later I think, I got another email. Saying that my account with ve reviewed by their Accounts them, but that they were unable to tell me how long it would take to upgrade my account back to Premium. And ended this last email with "Thank you!".

Since I cannot understand this behavior, and really not getting the service I paid for, I started to worry. I googled for "fileserve problems" and stuff like that and eventually found some posts complaining, which were terribly similar to my situation. Further, apparently in some cases users tried to claim their money back in paypal, and Fileserve fought for it.

I have no idea if those posts are true or not, but my situation is and its pretty much all I care about.

Now, what I would like RickyFS, or any other Fileserve representative, is for you to tell me what I should expect? There is no reason for my account to be lifted from Premium, and the last email I got just implied I could be waiting indefinitely. The posts that I found were pretty much the same as my situation, and they did not seem to have gotten their account back...

Should I wait indefinitely or what? What will you guys do to compensate these days that I had without the service I paid for?

If you post your username I can tell you why you were downgraded and give you further details; either in here or via PM - The choice is yours :)

8543 files, 852GB and attempting to remote upload files (Between 500-1000GB every day) to respectively Filejungle and Uploadstation and an UK IP (assuming that's not you since you signed up from France (Paris)) trying to make money - Can I ask you what the nature of your account is?

The day before my account was downgraded I did some remote upload to filejungle. I seriously doubt it was that much. It wasn't everyday. Please do not try to make me look like something else. I just want my account back.

UK ip? Sorry, but I do not use an UK ip...

Again, please reset my account back to Premium.

Have in mind that I do not have permission to send PM's aparrently.

When we remote too much, 500 - 1000 GB/1 day and not join affiliate program like Ricky said, are we violent their terms???

Because I usually use RU with 200-300 GB everyday and not join affiliate program, just use for host interested files and personal data.

@ Moddag: It was above 1TB. Prior to that you had high activity as well. I can list that in here as well.

@ KeAnDanh: The question is; why are you remote uploading that much when you're not making money with us?
 
Hi RickyFS, i can't download from fileserve using my premiun account with rapidleech, i have to use filesonic links, Is there a problem with fileserve?

I do not count the amount of GB I remote upload. You say its above 1TB, ok, I believe it. But if that amount causes a problem, why not warn me about it? or why not cap it? I do not understand how that can make my account get downgraded...

Your premium account ads say unlinimited downloads. If however, there is a restriction on that, well, sure thing, do specify which amount it is, and I will respect it.

Please restitute my Premium status.
