I really hate of those acting so naive to say they do not responsible for the warez contents uploaded to their server.

they open an official support thread here in Wj with full of warez webmasters and uploaders for what reason?:facepalm:

don't tell me they want us to upload our childhood photos/videos to share with friend.

My account has been disabled too... I'm happy that I have removed all my files and changed my details by fakes yesterday....

Don't loose your time with a PayPal dispute guys, You can be sure the Fileserve's Paypal account his empty....

Last thing... You can be sure this was the Arrogant Ricky's plan... First contact WJ Mods to remove evidences then remove affiliate and empty Paypal Account, and last disable accounts...

My account got deleted too. But I have no issues with Fileserve. Guess they have to protect their ass anyhow. I made a bit of money, lost a bit of money, it's fine with me.

Hi ! File serve has disabled my account a week ago and in the beginning,i didnt understand why but later i recognised that first my internet connection was adsl and than i wanted to use more faster internet connection with cable internet !!!

adsl comes from phone line and cable internet comes from tv line so when i started to use cable internet fileserve understood that there 2 ips but these ips are in my home same adress same place same user,IF I CHANGED MY INTERNET PROVIDER HOW IT CAN BE MY MISTAKE AND STILL MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED

+++ Paypal made a automatic payment to fileserve for a month using,i dont remeber at all that i have chosen a section that it says make a monthly payment to fileserve for premium account !!! So imagine my account is disabled but as a silly i am still paying money to them,Your helped immediately needed,i also canceled automatic payment from paypal after recognised.

it's funny because when we collect something off the bill not to mention the many times you buy premium.

Moreover ricky know that many piracy up your server will have to delete many users that is 90%

You did not get scammed, get that fact through your fucking heads.

You uploaded copyrighted files into an account on Fileserve.com; you agreed to their Terms of Service when you created this account. The Terms of Services said, in layman's terms:
We have the fucking right to delete your account, your files, hold your payment, and delete your premium account for whatever fucking reason we deem to be appropriate and there is absolutely nothing you can do to dispute our decision. We also reserve the right to close your account if it has copyrighted files in it.

They didn't scam you; you signed up to a 'scam' (as you call it) when you agreed to their TOS. Got a problem? Suck it up, and move the fuck on.
