i mean if file was deleted due to copy right violation the earning for that file will be given or not??

If you're asking if we remove earnings from files that are deleted, no, we don't remove earnings.

Our servers are in Netherlands.

Payouts are sent within 1-2 business days after request.
 
Now, on top of upload problems, downloads are messed up as well.....

All files are getting uploaded to ft4, but all the files on ft4 can't be downloaded by anyone... :(

Stats are not frozen, but speeds are lower until everything is fixed.

It's been replied many times (and it's also posted on the main post of this thread).
Payouts are sent within 1-2 business days of being requested.

Already been replied too. Storage for registered free users cannot be increased.
 
I can assure you that there is no 200 limit for specific file downloads.

This is just an example from files of one of our users, which have been downloaded more than 200 times:

again same problem,you fix it for only 500 :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm: where as my daily each file download count is over 1000....and all major filehosting sites fix it 0 for unlimited

for your information -filesega/fileband/rapidgator/extabit/fileshering4you all company fix this at 0
 
ft4 is dead, I have 4 file in ft4! anyone can't download
i'm premium use can not download ft4 file....

and please up to 700-1000 downloads from anonymous users.
500 is too small....

It's all been fixed.

Downloads from ft4 are working again.

And we removed the limit on free user downloads.
