What exactly does not work for you in web upload? Do you get any errors? If yes, please send their description and screenshot to our support team. I can upload files via browser normally now.
I can see our support team discussed your speed a week ago with your in details. When you face the speed lower than usual, that may be due to the servers/channels being more loaded at that time. You can send us the same details you sent before, so the engineers could look into them. And we will continue optimization and monitoring of the system for sure.
Please submit a ticket with your email addresses and IP address you upload from - also please pm that info to me.

i am using an RDP and i used to be able to upload thru ftp very fast but when i tried today, i cannot connect to both US and EU servers (sorry, don't know how to check which particular servers i am connecting to)... fortunately, i read somewhere here that web upload was fast and when i tried, i was surprised that i was getting around 20 mbps... so, if you are having problems with ftp, try web upload....

LOL.. I've been using filepost since Jul 21, 2011 and still upload speed is not yet fixed..and im not the only one facing this problem.. :facepalm:
Whatever RDP you are using you will still having a hard time uploading files to filepost because they limit your upload speed..especially for those newly registered users..

Please stop misleading users on the forum. You have been uploading files to the service and continue using it - that means it is possible to upload files. And you know that speed values became less in the end of the last year for the reasons described multiple times.

i m using filepost now and to be honest they are good host ! but the real pain for us is uploading speed ! i can only upload via webupload i.e 10 files at a time ! please improve your ftp !
but again saying they are good i m trying them from just 2 days and started getting sales !

I'm not misleading filepost users...that's a "FACT" and if you ask other WJ MEMBERS who use FILEPOST they will tell the same what i am saying regarding upload speed...
and you already said that "That is the average speed that the system supports now to ensure the system stability."

it is clear that you capped upload speed less than 1mpbs to maintain server stability..well it's not really good for uploaders..as well as for downloaders..
