Filepost, any promo for the coming holiday in December? Filesonic just launched an insane promo for December.=)
We have to announce the news about the recent technical situation.
During the latest days we have been facing unexpected rush at the service - new partners from a well-known hosting, that is about to close its affiliate program, have been uploading lots of new files to our service. We did not expect such a number of new files and were not ready for it, and that has resulted in high load of our servers. Right now our users and partners can notice low upload and download speed values.
We have added a group of new servers (worth 25% of the total server power), however it seems that we still face the high system load. Also, hardware market faces shortcoming of hard disks now due to the flood and problems in Thailand. Unfortunately, that fact does not help us at all.
However we control the situation and expect it to become stable within the nearest days. We are taking all necessary measures to keep the service stable since this is the main priority for us.
We also would like to ask our partners to upload new files in a more moderate way these days. Today we have to limit a number of files in remote upload queue to 50 files. We are sure it will be possible to change the limitation tomorrow already.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and we hope for your understanding and patience!

Actually, you would better ask a specific hosting whether it supports (has implemented) RU from us or not - the implementation comes on the recepient side.
If the files do not appear later, send their names to our support team please.

Please try to reconnect. Also it seems that US servers may work better than EU ones now.
No, it is not, there is a queue of files that will be uploaded. You sure can leave our service - however I believe all hostings may face increased load now due to wu news.
I am sure our old partners will understand us and will stay with us.
We have discussed this method with our engineers. Please trust me - the team does its best to optimize the upload.
Every decent filehost is overloaded now . Check the other threads too , before start complaining about speeds . I believe the whole week or even month will be tough for filehosts and their affiliates . We must be more patient especially when the support ops are giving us detailed explanations of the situation .
