target - the links work without the / so you can manually delete until they change it
Yes i too wondering why they add that '/'. Till they change it we need to manually delete it as its not good for sales.
Loss of time :Dyou can rename your url from
Code:http://filepost.com/files/......../Command___Conquer__Generals_Zero_Hour_i_Generals.iso/
to
Code:http://filepost.com/files/........../Command___Conquer__Generals_Zero_Hour_i_Generals.iso
before posting , and both for works for downloading
I myself do not find any reasons for this / symbol to be annoying, however we will fix that soon.
Also, good news for everyone - we complete the setup of new servers, they should be ready today later or tomorrow.

Hello,
Don't upload if you don't like the speed.
With Best Regards,

if you have link format "file/123474/ABCD.rar", then putting those links in address bar and hitting ENTER key will take sometime to open the page if you are not premium to that filehost and you have installed IDM (or any Download Manager), As it thinks the link is not for Browser because of the extension ".rar" at the end of link, for example .html, .php are the recognizable extension by browser, so it looks for download manager for downloading that file consequently slow response in browser..
having "/" at the end remove this problem. I remember HOTFILE used to put ".html" at the end of every link, right now UL also uses "/" at the end.
For All, if you still want to remove at the end "/" from each link in one shot, follow the step
1.Copy n Paste all those links in notepad
2.Go to Edit->Replace [or Ctrl+H]
3.type "rar/" in FIND WHAT field
4.type "rar" in REPLACE WHAT field
5.Click on "Replace All".
DONE.. hope this helps B-)
