Don't know if this is the right place to ask this.
I signed up for the premium subscription two months ago with Filepost.com, didn't realize I was on their auto renewal system until today when I looked at my bank statement only to see I've been charged for last month and today again as my membership was renewed for another month. I thought you could just cancel your premium membership by logging in on to their website but I found out they only way to do it is through emailing them which i've already done.
My question is are there guys legit? Has anyone on here used/cancel their premium membership? If so, how long does it take for them to cancel your membership? Do I need to call my bank? I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with this.
