We do not shave downloads nor sales. We are having lot of france downloaders and many new uploaders have joined us that are having France traffic. Maybe that is causing the decrease in your downloads as the other uploaders are having france downloads too.

We have no issues with our counting as we have not changed one thing from our side here.
We just banned many real-debrid accounts with their france IPs (about 60-80 IPs) - that could that..other than that - no changes from our side.

Hi FileParadox, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I have the issue even though I never use any VPN. As I mentioned earlier, I could download normally in the first few days after purchasing the account, so some recent change is likely the cause. Would you please check? It feels really bad to buy the account and cannot use it at all.

We are working on having this fixed along with Hash tag issues that other users have reported.
Do not worry - I will extend your Premium for the days you haven't used.


Are you going to extend my premium too from day 1 when I informed you of the same problem which I found out vpn is not what my provider or I am using ??? If you wish to verify Im happy to provide you my details that I havent download anything from day 1.

The errors have been fixed. We were updating the FTP server along with Webserver and the server file got broke - we have fixed it

Do you have any idea many users does real-debrid have?? we had like 4000 downloads in 1 day from them. They had bought about 15-20 accounts and we kept on banning all of them asap.

We are going to be upgrading our webserver to yield better performance with script.

If you ban IPs that allow your uploaders to have good stats, you will sink in less than a month.
I do not agree to pass a daily gain of $5 to $0.30! Therefore solve the problem or drift off as the Concordia!

Why don't you ban premium accounts used for debrid sites instead of blocking IP ranges? My number of downloads dropped from ~600 to 5 today!

Hi FileParadox, I still get the 404 error when I try to download any file. If you've blocked my IP, would you please PM me the reason or unblock it otherwise? I believe the website detected my IP as 218.186.8.12. Please check as there are some files that I really need to download. Thanks.
