i only try to login into my account on fileparadox.in....
its very disappointing for a paying customer to realize that the official fileparadox support (on their website) is ignored and even here i get no answer for my problems. i am very happy to read, that someone earned much money for using fileparadox, but it seems that the admins of fileparadox forget where the money is coming from: paying customers.
i registered my account in the beginning of this month and since nearly TWO WEEKS i wait for ANY response for my problem:
i paid 10 euro for a 30day premium account. the premium key isnt working, the money is in their wallets. thats fact.

the user Fileparadox offered me help, but now he isnt answering my PM or any of my posts in this thread.
its really nice to be ignored. i wish Fileparadox.in the future it deserves... thank you for nothing.

Sorry Guys, I have been unable to access Wjunction with my Static IP. This started happening after WJ returned from their downtime. I even PMed a mod about it and to unban the office IP but it has been about 2-4 days and no response and still blocked.

Right now I am accessing the website through a VPN I had to purchase.

Request payout between the 31st - 15th: We will pay by the 30th. And it seems you have requested on 7th - that comes between 31st-15th.
