fix your credit card gateway already... 2 people already reported AVS errors during signup, so they used resellers.
Alternatively, stop with the idiotic and arbitrary 35% reseller bonus. there should be ZERO differences in PPS bonuses between reseller or no reseller, its almost as if you do it on purpose, not having a working CC gateway so u dont need to payout the full $10 fix bonus

Is there even any support on the site at all? I upgraded my account to premium yesterday with Webmoney. Transaction completed but my account wasn't premium, sent email and support ticket through the site to resolve the issue but no response 24 hours later. wtf.

Hello,

The gateway was unable to verify their information with their bank...not my problem that the address they entered was wrong. I have every right to enable fraud detection features on the payment gateway.
Obviously you want more money for any sale as you dont care even if we go bankrupt. Please do not give non-sense ideas when you have no idea how much discount we have to give to the resellers from our side. If we took your idea into consideration...we would be losing money for every reseller sale.

We have Payoneer in the process and should have it enabled by the start of next month. Then we will be able to send money via Bank Wire Transfer method.

Don't know why others have to come here and suggest crap.... I am extremely busy till 25th November so please forgive me for not being there for you guys till then. I will be back on 26th to resolve all the issues that some are having including payouts.

The payment gateway is fully functional and it is not our fault that people are getting AVS issues as it is a fraud prevention tool that verifies the address entered...if entered incorrectly or their bank fails to confirm the details..the transaction gets declined.
