What happened to the FileParadox? It was very organized, with efficient support, paid on time, we had no problem with statistics or with uploads and is now well. Is this the end?

We had a gateway issue which is causing delay in payments - this will last this month and hoping to resolve it by April 15 Payouts.

Could you let me know what server is causing you issue? I will change that one to some other one. Stats were frozen because no one was able to download files for about half a day, however, we have resolved the downloading issue and now need to know which server is resulting in slow downloads to you and will change that server.
We are also working on removing slow HDD servers and replacing them with new ones - it might take 2 weeks time.
