It is not problem with our host. All users are having no problem at all. If they haven't used for long time and left their account logged in rdp. We came to know that their account are hacked and being used for leeching purpose and that's why the ban.

Legit account wont have any issue unless it violates the rules.

We prune inactive user who didn't activate their account. They are of no use.
