Hahahahahaha. You say you don't delete files now. Only delete files with DMCA report. You just deleted my files that I have not even shared online. You lie! Crap host! You will fail.

Give me a link about the files you speaking about , I will look and say the cause. There is no files are deleted without DMCA.
@Stooky
there are various reason for deleting files.
think file X with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx md5 hash is uploaded by some one, you leeched that file from other host or without changing md5 hash or without repacking you upload as it is, then lot of guys upload the same file including you and other, say 5 guys uploaded same file to FileOM server.
so may be you forgot to share files, but other may share the link, if one of the guys file got DMCA means, they delete file + md5 hash, so what ever files having same md5 hash, that also deleted from server [this is common in filehost to reduce 1000's of dmca for same file by other]
(renaming files doesn't change md5 hash, you have to repack by adding some text file or something to change 1 byte)
Above is just one reason, just like yours i also had same question before few years like you but i repacked and uploaded own file with unique md5 hash, then problem is gone.
Md5 hash is like DNA for human, but for files, each have unique md5 hash id

I'm pretty sure FileOM is just like every other dishonest host who does this same thing. Instead of investing money to build a bigger infrastructure they randomly delete files from accounts to free up storage space. Don't believe me? I know someone who use to do it and it is a tactic many of hosts use.
I guess you did not read my initial post. Files that I have not published links online that are my own files. It is impossible that they were DMCA reported or even MD5 hash deleted. Same crap, different host. Nothing more.
This is what I'm gonna do next. When I see another string of files that would be impossible to delete, I'll make sure payment processors are lost and force this chump to shut down. As has been done to all the hosts who like to play games. Sick of these dishonest fools acting like a legit business when they aren't.
