I Can see someone hacked your profile and enabled security lock.

So i recommend you to unlock your account if the email is yours and then change payment info again and then request payment.

And also make sure you have changed your pass to new hard one.

If help need more , add me in skype or gtalk.

We have to keep that for some reason. And even big sites are having these. So we are not forcing people to use the manager. They can be easily unticked. and also if they download through that , then also earning will be added.

I would consider leaving fileom, and choose other filehosts.
Can you tell me what big forums allow this thing? I want to see.
Because no earning = waste times.

More files deleted today, midnight and 2:00 am. I like your hosting, but something needs to be done about it immediately ... The situation is becoming unsustainable ...
 
huge list delete,I am small uploader,over 500gb I upgrade to premium but you keep delete almost 60gb gone,now I no need renew premium,is waste and the download manager is useless,download decrease so many,next rapidgator coming soon.
 
Think that people dont wanna download files from FileOM anymore...

Just test done ... 2 posts with FileOm as first download and a crapy host like turbobit as second host ...

all files download with Turbobit .... ^o)

Well am really sorry , there will one more last run of consistency to make all things super fast. Please bear with me. All new uploads wont be affected becoz of this. These are for old files and there will be gonna be a last run tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
