There is fixed fee of 3$ from payments under 50$, above 50$ there is usually 5-6$ fee. Fee is charged by exchanger Filemoon charges no fee.

@FileMoon friend why RDP uploads are so slow, if it is 1Gib bandwidth? 4GB takes about 20 minutes or more to upload.

Some of the people complain the filemoon, But I am very Ok with filemoon and no problem. Please be patient, too many file might be crash sometime. The filemoon is best server which is better than streamsb and streamlare.
