Yes i'm aware. Please give us about 30 minutes to fix the problem. We're adding more slave servers to handle the current traffic we have. Some records in database are out of sync with main database.
There is no problem with subtitles as long as file doesn't become proxied via p2p. At the moment we're not having yet subtitles included in HLS manifest so if file is served over p2p from our servers there is no subtitles being loaded. This issue will be fixed with upcoming update which will include certain changes:
1. Subtitles being served from fileservers in HLS manifest
2. Removed Files Panel (Ability to restore files that are still on HDD but was deleted accidentaly)
3. Inactive Files Manager - Will show all the files without views within last 60 days
4. DMCA Manager - Will show informations about DMCA takedowns with counter notice ability.
5. New Reports - Information Divided into Views / Downloads / Per Country data
6. Download improvements (Download speed being increased)
7. Extra Storage (Premium)
8. Subtitles Font Size/Background Opacity/Color - Settings

For free users this feature will give info about files that are pretty much dead at their sites. For premium users with extra storage purchased it will provide information which files gonna be deleted if they do not extend extra storage for next month.
As i have mentoined via PM the error is not ours. It's cloudflare error. We're using their api to hold custom domains. You can delete your domain and try to re-add it bit later.

Not really. Files won't be deleted if you're not abuser. Which means you provide views equally to the consumed storage. If we detect account with 2TB+ stored files that provide us 1-30 views daily we will remove these accounts. We're not free storage service. For premiums it works different way. Everything above 40TB is extra storage. You cannot upload if you have 40TB in use as our system wont let that unless you bought extra storage and only extra storage expires
