yeah can also confirm, usually that error is a server has gone down
 
We're on it. Looks like our datacenter by mistake stopped annoucing pools of ips handled proxies and caused blackout to filemoon servers. We're working with datacenter right now to fix the issue.

Yesterday we had some downtime due to mistake done by our datacenter. We're aware that views recently do not reflect all they should be. Working on a fix for that. We have succesfully identificated the exact issue causing it and we can confirm that some part of views are not being saved, we already applied multiple fixes and changes to our logs system which was simply way too overloaded and not optimized for a long time which caused tons of bottlenecks in our database servers. Over past 3 days we have improved almost everything and we keep improving things out which you should probably already notice by how fast filemoon has became in last 3 days. Sumarizing that up we will compensate all the loses with counting 2 ips instead of one and higher rates will be also there. Please allow us to fix all so we can leave you with working counting so all your extra earned money is properly counted.

Meanwhile we also fixed all issues related to uploads, files stuck in transfers and basically everything that was reported by users. We still keen for feedback from our users so we know what else to improve.
 
I'm trying to send a file via API in postman, how would I send it, I can't understand how I would post it. Do I use multipart/form and Auth with Key Auth API? Can you give me an example of what this post request would look like?

May i ask where you exactly do the request? You're supposed to obtain upload server from API first. Then do POST request exactly as it's stated in API by posting file and api_key.
 
Does anyone else have the same issue as me with regards to upload speed to filemoon servers.

With zoom uploader I'm capped at around 2mb a sec, ftp is around the same, web upload only goes about 1 meg a second.

My connection is 10meg a second upload speed.

What's am I doing wrong here?

Check your disk I/O during upload. It's not only connection speed if your disk is overloaded it will not upload faster than disk speed.

All my hard drives are Seagate exos drives and the one I upload from has nothing else happening on it.

As a test I uploaded the same file to mega.nz and it hits 7meg a sec

Same file to filemoon on zoom uploader 1.7 meg a sec.

I can set 5 files o upload on zoom to filemoon and all go 1.7 meg a sec so my bandwidth is saturated. So it's something to do with a single file not hitting the right speed

Not complaining, just trying to figure out if it's just me and if it is, why.
