Uploading from remote url or direct upload ? if remote url can you please send your file url in PM ?
We have not any problem in uploading now most of users are uploading without any problem .
Aslo you can use ftp uploading now .

Please increase download speed for guest and registered members to 1 MBps, 300 KBps is very slow.
+1024 MB file can download as guest ?

Nope you can download less then 1024mb...I just tried a 1.9GB...Not Working
