Here's a comment I got from a Premium User about Filemates:
"Even a premium member like myself cannot download the entirety of a 1.2 GB file. After 9 tries I got only about half."
I'm seeing more and more of these complaints from users and that's not good.
Filemates.com is beginning to get a reputation - one of unreliable service, frequent outages, and incomplete downloads.
'New and Improved Filemates" - where, when ?

Try it yourself ansley... You will see it is not correct. FileServers are up almost all the time... 95% uptime...
The real problem is the main page... when a premium user gets a file link it is a direct link to the file server... and the file servers are up... even if it gets down and restarts, the link can start again from the byte it stopped... so the download start from the % it was before the file server gets down...
We have few hundreds thousands downloads per day completed... Please try to download large files during the day... morning, evening and night... you will see it will work...

"Becareful with Filemates and all my keys when taking out Premium the key they send is not valid and they will not refund or replace so be warned guys use another file share group that has a good name and reputation."
I have not used All My Keys - so I can't say how it works, or doesn't.

AllMyKeys are very professional. They always send keys. If a key is not properly generated and you contact them they will send you the key... If by luck a key doesn't work and the user contacts filemates support email it will be applied to the account
I work with them very smoothly. Very professional guys and on time payments. I find it an excellent reseller. They sell for allmyvideos.net as well that is one of the biggest video sharing platforms.

Hello. I am having a problem downloading files with Filemates. They usually get cut off or I get an internal server error. For the past two weeks I have been experiencing these issues. Can you tell me what I can do to resolve this? Thanks :-).
