1) I mostly visit the forum on weekends... Yes I am here!
2) Yes avangate has been contacted and I am witing their response from the risk department.
3) i-Koruna was the only solution to keep running until PosOnline comes back. We have a general 40% down of sales since i-Koruna BUT better than having 100% down ;)
4) Indeed customers see prices in CZK and they do not proceed many times... That's why 40% down... Or many of them do not pass i-Koruna's system and their cards do not get accepted. I imagine this is their antifraud system...

That's all... I hope i gave you answers and keep you calm again a little bit... I know it is not the best but i put all my efforts to keep it running and not give up ;)

My dear friend No.dam, i will explain you how things work over here... ;)

When you see so many payment methods it doesn't mean that you go to each company and you ask permission to sell through their site... There are 3d parties that contract all these methods and provide all-in-one solution...

PaymentWall is the best. It provides with ONLY 1 implementation all these providers that you show above...

PaymentWall is a partner that we try to reach 2 months now... Things are not easy. They do not accept every one... And those that get accepted later can be banned...

You underastand? Nothing is stable nowdays in this sector. So, i hope PaymentWall answers us soon... Until yet i can not do something more on this. It depends on them. It is THEIR decision to get us in their business or not.

I hope you understand that it is not always in our hands ;)
 
Thanks for response Filemates. If it was so for PaymentWall, is it the same for the rest of payments methods ( which some of it included in PaymentWall but can be used also independently ) like cashU, Payza, Webmoney, paysafecard, Ukash , Liberty Reserve ...etc !

I have more than 4000 links uploaded on Filmates but I don't make sales about 10 days ago, at least it was few sales in the time of PosOnline, but now the situation is worse. :facepalm:

I'm pretty sure once there are multiple ways of paying for premium accounts, there will be really more sales.

Anyway I hope everything going ok between you and Paymentwall, and if it wasn't I wish you try with the other banks, especially with the banks of prepaid cards.

I think Filemats ( with the exception of the matter of the limited payment methods ,and the matter of inability to set a password for more than 1 file in the same time, unlike many of other hosts ) is a special and a perfect Files host. especially for that it's still one of the very few files hosts you cannot easily find a website has the ability to leech the files from it, which makes more money for the host and uploader in the same time. ;)

PosOnline willl be back soon. They already have the new coontracts with Visa and Mastercard and will activate the payout page soon ;)

It is good news but I still think you need to keep looking for new payment processors, just in case things screw up again. I volunteer myself to help you look for EUR processors.
